First and foremost I like to welcome you all in this wonderful journey of wellness. So what is it all about? Is it something which we long for and cannot achieve, or is it we have in us but cannot recognise.
Well to me maximizing one’s potentials for all the activities we do in our lifetime can be achieved through a state of optimal well-being. This state of well-being always remains in the realm of knowledge of mankind…As human, being an inquisitive spirit tried (or rather trying) to understand and master this facet of knowledge from time immemorial.
If we go through ages and different cultures and civilization it will draw pictures in front of us that all these great souls had given importance in maintaining health. They had stretched on health for all round developments in a human being.
So what is “HEALTH” all about and why people around the ages had given it such an importance? Well, the topic is so vast that it cannot be completed in a short span and in a single post. And thus we will discuss in my subsequent post. For now, health or wellness, in short, can be described in this picture.
